Where Are You Based?
I provide my dog care services primarily in the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas within 10-mile radius. If you're in these areas and need care for your dog, feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
Do I Need To Be At Home When You Collect Or Drop Off My Dog?
Most of my clients aren't at home when I collect their dogs for walks or drop-in visits, which is why I take my role as a trusted key holder very seriously. I'm honored to be a reliable and responsible key holder for many of my clients, ensuring their dogs receive the care they need, even when they're not around. Your trust and your dog's safety are my top priorities, and I'm committed to providing dependable and professional service every time.
What Happens In An Emergency?
In case of an emergency, I will first contact the nominated emergency contact to inform them of the situation. If necessary, I will then proceed to take the dog to the designated veterinary surgery for immediate care. Your pet's well-being is my top priority, and I'm committed to ensuring they receive prompt and appropriate attention in any emergency.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
I am very flexible when it comes to bookings and any bookings cancelled before 48 hours prior to the booking will allow a full refund!
